I have a vast breadth of experience in the mental health field, working with diverse populations from Hospital settings to Community Mental Health. I use an eclectic blend therapeutic approach that includes mindfulness, cognitive behavior, and strengths-based approach. My counseling style is supportive, caring, and compassionate. I like to focus on uncovering my client’s strengths and help them maximize those powers to overcome the obstacles that are in their way.
